Water at work

Saving water is everyone’s business – and during this drought it has never been more important for everyone to save.

Across south east Queensland business, industry and government agencies account for around 35% of our region’s water use.

Under Target 140, residents have dramatically cut their water use at home – now we’re asking everyone to take their savings to work:

• Business owners and operators must achieve permanent water savings
• Employees should replicate their home water saving behaviours and audit their workplace with a simple checklist

It is the simple things that make a difference.
